Michael Barry, DDS (Natchitoches Clinic) – Dr. Barry has been a Dentist since 1984, providing care for basic dental needs according to OMC’s scope of services, including preventive care, basic restorative dental work, and periodontal services.

Judith Gregory, FNP (Natchitoches Clinic) – Ms. Gregory has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2022. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she is qualified to see patients of all ages and to provide women’s health services.

Harlan “Mark” Guidry, MD, MPH (Natchitoches Clinic) – Dr. Guidry has been a board-certified family physician since 1990, with specialized training in preventive medicine and public health. While most of his duties are executive in nature, he serves as a collaborating physician for nurse practitioners and hosts occasional preventive health clinics. He also serves as OMC’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer.

Amanda Hundley, FNP – Ms. Hundley, Lead Nurse Practitioner, has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She reviews and provides clinical feedback to other FNPs and participates in peer reviews and the QA Program.

Bobby Jones, DDS (Natchitoches Clinic) – Dr. Jones has been a dentist since 1982, specializing in providing care that aligns with OMC’s scope of services. His practice includes preventive dental care, basic restorative treatments, and periodontal services. 

Doris Kochinsky, LCSW (Natchitoches Clinic) – Ms. Kochinsky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1985. She provides Behavioral Health Services (i.e. counseling or “talk therapy”) to persons with mild to moderate mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and many other stress and adjustment disorders.

Mary Lancaster, FNP (Natchitoches School-Based Clinic) – Ms. Lancaster has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She has been the provider of a Natchitoches Parish School Board Clinic since 2017. She currently serves students and faculty at LP Vaughn and Natchitoches Junior High.

Nikki Lambert, FNP (Tallulah Clinic) – Mrs. Lambert has been a nurse practitioner since 2012. Throughout her career, she has practiced in various roles providing primary and preventative healthcare to patients across the lifespan.

Dametra Taylor, DNP (Natchitoches Clinic) – Dr. Taylor is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2018. She provides primary care and acute care as well as medication management.

LaTonya Thomas, FNP (Tallulah Clinic) – Ms. Thomas has been a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) since 2020. Ms. Thomas once served OMC as a Certified Medical Assistant and completed clinicals at OMC when becoming an FNP.

Bobby Williams, LCSW (Natchitoches Clinic) – Mr. Williams has been providing behavioral health services since 2008, offering talk therapy and cognitive therapy to individuals with mild to moderate mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, some schizophrenia, relationship issues, stress management, and adjustment disorders.

Joyce Williams, DNP (Leesville Clinic) – Dr. Williams has been a Doctor of Nursing Practice since 2020. As a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 15 years, she is qualified to see patients of all ages and to provide women’s health services.
