About our services

OMC's team of highly-qualified, primary care physicians are some of the best and most devoted providers of patient care. They are skilled in a broad range of (family-centered) medical services including: acute and chronic disease management, preventative care, health education and much more. They work together with OMC's Behavioral Health, Dental, Outreach & Enrollment, and other specialties to make your health care a comprehensive approach to your overall well-being.

Medical Group

Your good health starts here. OMC offers a variety of primary care services. Primary care is the day-to-day health care most patients need. It ranges from treatment of acute conditions like a skin rash, sinus infections or a virus to the management of chronic conditions like acne, asthma, allergies, depression, high blood pressure, HIV and more. Our primary care providers are your first step to any additional specialty care you may need as well. Our physicians and nurse practitioners consult with each other to develop the best possible care plan and seek assistance from specialists when warranted.
